October 2019 Update
Spring has Sprung at Clifton Old Bar. Anyone that has driven past the site recently would have seen the fantastic construction progress that has been made over the last couple of months.
Exciting Construction Progress
The site is a hive of activity, buildings are coming up everywhere and the community is really taking shape!
The Stage 1 civil works have been largely finished, the clubhouse, gym and multipurpose space buildings are nearing completion, while landscaping works and construction of the swimming pool and bowling green will be commencing soon.
We have our first batch of nine houses under construction, with a second collection of homes due to commence shortly. We look forward to welcoming our first group of residents and completing all of the communal facilities before the end of the year.

Be Ready – Stage 2 Release Soon! Stage 1 has been selling out fast, and we are very shortly going to be releasing Stage 2, which will include a further 26 home sites.
