We hope that all of our friends have been staying warm throughout the winter months!

It is hard to believe that we are already more than half way through the year – time has been flying so fast, and a lot has been happening at Clifton Old Bar, so we thought it was a good time to give you a quick update on our progress and a heads-up on what to expect from us over the remainder of this year.    

Construction Progress

Construction works at Clifton Old Bar have been progressing well over the last few months, and the resort is really starting to take shape, as can be seen in the enclosed photos.

Our beautiful clubhouse building – the social hub of the Clifton Old Bar community – has been progressing rapidly, and will be completed in only a matter of months from now. Construction of our other communal facilities (including the swimming pool, gym, bowling green and croquet lawn) have also now commenced and will all be completed in a similar timeframe.

Stage 1 – which includes all of these communal facilities, together with our first 24 home sites – will be completed towards the end of this year, at which time we will be welcoming our first intake of residents. We know that they are very excited to start living their Clifton Old Bar dream, and we are just as excited to see the community starting to take shape.

Sales Update

We continue to be overwhelmed with buyer interest and enthusiasm, and we are absolutely thrilled that so many wonderful people have already made the decision to join our community and make Clifton Old Bar their new home!

We have been getting to know many of our buyers personally over the last year, and we are so pleased to see new friendships already being formed and the beginnings of a genuinely warm and friendly community.

Our level of buyer interest remains very strong and there are only 5 house sites left in Stage 1, so we suggest moving quickly to secure your spot and to take advantage of current prices.
